Team Titan Store Terms of Service

 

Welcome to Team Titan Online Store.  Team Titan Online Store is a service Titan Digital Media Pte Ltd where Team Titan Store-registered Buyers will be able to enjoy the rights and privileges described in these Team Titan Online Store Terms of Services (these “Team Titan Online Store Terms of Service”) when purchasing Items (defined below) on Team Titan Online Store. If you are a Buyer, you will be deemed to have consented to the terms and conditions described in these Team Titan Online Store Terms of Service when you make purchases on Team Titan Online Store. These Team Titan Online Store Terms of Service supplement the Terms of Service and the other Team Titan Store Policies, of which these Team Titan Online Store Terms of Service forms a part – please read the Terms of Service and the other Team Titan Store Policies available on the Site as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.  Any terms that are used in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service that are not defined here will have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms of Service and/or the applicable Team Titan Store Policy.  All terms and conditions described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service are subject to change at Team Titan Store’s discretion pursuant to the Terms of Service.  

  1. Team Titan Store Refunds and Return Policy

1.1     Online Buyer may apply for a refund and/or return of an item purchased on Team Titan Store (a “Titan Item”) by completing a return/refund request and returning the Titan Item as described below at any time within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date that Titan Item was first made available for Online Buyer to take delivery (the “Free Return Period”). Usually, that date would be the date Online Buyer received delivery of the Titan Item; however, if Online Buyer did not receive the Titan Item because of Online Buyer’s absence from the destination address or Online Buyer’s failure to input the proper destination address, that date would be the date on which delivery attempt was first made.

1.2       Please note that Online Buyer must ship the Titan Item to a location designated by Team Titan Store within three (3) calendar days after the return request is raised and in any event no later than the last day of the Free Return Period.   All Titan Items that are returned must be returned via Singpost, PopStation or a courier designated by Team Titan Store by no later than the last day of the Free Return Period.  Team Titan Store reserves the right to reject any application where the Titan Item was dispatched later than seven (7) calendar days after the return request is raised.

1.3       The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by Team Titan Store in its sole discretion after reviewing your completed refund/return request and inspecting the condition of the Titan Item that was returned.  The Titan Item that was returned must be, at a minimum, in the following conditions:  

  • New and sealed condition;
  • Complete, with all items included in the purchase; and
  • With original product packaging and price tags.

If any additional conditions apply to a certain Titan Item, Team Titan Store will inform you via the Site, SMS or email.  The conditions for the Titan Items subject to return are referred to as the “Return Conditions”.

1.4       In addition, please note that certain types of Titan Items may be excluded from the Refunds and Return Policy described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service, including:

 

  • Goods that are perishable or may otherwise deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as food, snacks or groceries; and
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, swimwear and underwear.

If any Titan Item is excluded from the Refunds and Return Policy described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service, Team Titan Store will make reasonable efforts to publish that information on our Site or otherwise inform the Online Buyers; however, please note that our policies may change without notice at any time and certain Titan Items may be subject to exclusion after Online Buyer has purchased them.  Any Titan Item that is subject to exclusion from the Refunds and Return Policy described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service is referred to as an “Excluded Item”. 

1.5       Team Titan Store reserves the right to (a) add to or otherwise amend the list of Excluded Items and/or the Return Conditions and (b) amend, terminate or suspend the Refunds and Return Policy described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service (including the length of the Free Return Period), in each case, at any time in its sole discretion. 

1.6       Team Titan Store may reject in its sole discretion any returned Titan Item (and the related request for refund and return):

  • that is an Excluded Item;
  • that does not meet the Return Conditions; or
  • if the Titan Item was returned in a manner that does not comply with Section 1.2 above.

Please note that Team Titan Store’s determination will be based on the list of terms of conditions in effect at the time of such determination (including the list of Excluded Items, the Return Conditions and the Free Return Period), and therefore pursuant to Section 1.5 above, such list of Excluded Items, the Return Conditions and/or the length of Free Return Period may be different from those in effect at the time Online Buyer has completed the refund/return request and/or returned the Titan Item.

If Team Titan Store rejects a request for refund and return, Team Titan Store will organize the delivery of such Titan Item to the relevant Online Buyer’s’s address to which the Titan Item was originally delivered, and Team Titan Store shall be entitled to seek compensation from such Online Buyer for any costs incurred in delivering the Titan Item back to such Online Buyer.

1.7       Team Titan Store reserves the right to terminate a User’s access to Team Titan Store if it suspects any abuse of the Refunds and Return Policy described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service and, if Team Titan Store deems appropriate, may also impose penalties (including recovery of any fees or charges incurred as a consequence of such abuse).

1.8       The Refunds and Return Policy for Titan Items described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service are in addition to the general Refunds and Return Policy described in the Refunds and Return Policy.  If there is any inconsistency, the Refunds and Return Policy described in these Team Titan Store Terms of Service will prevail in respect of Titan Items.

  1. Team Titan Store Fees and Payment

2.1    Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Singapore Dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.

2.2  (i) E-gift cards and promotional vouchers must be entered at the check-out page online only. Physical presentation of vouchers to ZALORA personnel will not be accepted.

(ii) To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order, we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

2.3 Upon authorisation of the payment, by clicking the “Order now” button you are confirming that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder of the e-gift card or the promotional voucher, and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.

2.4  Refusal of Order. We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Platform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Platform. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Platform, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Platform or for refusing to process or accept an Order.

2.5 User Charges Unless otherwise indicated on an Authorised User receipt, all payments made pursuant to this Terms of Use are exclusive of applicable taxes, and you agree to be responsible for the payment of any such taxes assessed on User Charges, including VAT. You agree to provide information that Team Titan Store may reasonably request for Team Titan Store to be able to comply with its tax reporting obligations including, but not limited to, your registered company name, billing address, tax number (where applicable) and any other evidence that Team Titan Store may require to show that you are a business conducting an economic activity. All payments shall be processed in the local currency and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

For the purpose of clarity, all payments shall be made by you to the Team Titan Store entity that is stated in the website for account sign-up page https://teamtitanstore.com/ (or if there is no such entity stated, Titan Digital Media Pte Ltd).

  1. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless Team Titan Store, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Platform or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

     4  COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

4.1   You may contact us at any time using the contact details here. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. In guarantee cases, the manufacturer or supplier must generally be involved, and as such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint.
